The website promotes and accepts reservations for guided tours throughout France. Where required, transportation services are provided by Carat Location (SIRET: 384 830 386 000 49, AXA Insurance No. 10615645804, Paris (75017), France), a licensed limousine and coach operator. The booking made through this website covers the reservation of the selected tour only. The detailed performance of the tour, including applicable legal obligations, shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the guide and, where applicable, the transport provider responsible for delivering the service.
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit, subject to the cancellation policy below. The remaining balance shall be paid according to the instructions provided at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 3 days before the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund of the total amount paid. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled tour or in the event of a no-show. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing by email, and the applicable deadline will be determined by the date and time the request is received.
Liability for the execution of the booked services rests with the service provider(s) responsible for delivering the tour. For walking tours, the responsible contracting party shall be Pierre BACHELIER or Aymeric HONORE, depending on which guide is leading the tour. For tours involving private vehicles, minibuses, or coaches, transportation services are provided by Carat Location, which assumes responsibility for transport operations in accordance with applicable French law, while the tour guide remains responsible for the guiding services.
